HCG Drops and Celebrities Losing Weight

With today’s media fueled society it seems like in order for any product to successful it has to have a celebrity promote it.

It would seem that HCG drop users are no different. Jersey Shores star, Jenni Farley, seems to be one of the first and most enthusiastic promoters of HCG drops for losing weight. She admits that HCG drops have helped her lose weight quickly.

On her own sight she says: “HCG drops are my key to keeping the weight off”. She believes in the product so much that she even sells the product on her own site. There is a rumor that she even convinced her co-star Nicole Polizzi to use HCG drops as well.

There are many other stars that have used HCG drops to help them lose weight. It has been reported that Britney Spears went on the HCG diet to get her body back in shape for her music tour after having her babies.

It has also been rumored that other super stars like Oprah, Jennifer Love Hewitt, and Seth Rogen have used HCG to help them look better and get in shape.

Puppy Love! Bieber and Gomez Adopt Puppy

Puppy love! Barely legal Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have taken their relationship to the next level. They’re now puppy parents.

Considered the hottest couple in Hollywood, Justin and Selena recently attended Winnipeg, Canada for a hockey game and came home with a souvenir, a 10-week old husky they adopted from an animal rescue shelter. Baylor, the puppy husky mix, will stay on tour with Selena and then join the 5 other rescue dogs she has adopted over the years.

While on their trip to Winnipeg, Bieber and Gomez stopped by D’Arcy’s Animal Rescue Centre and fell in love with their furry little friend. According to D’Arcy Johnston, chief executive officer of the animal shelter, the couple “spent a lot of time with the puppies.”

“I wasn’t expecting her to adopt a dog while she was on tour and has a busy schedule,” Johnston said. “Baylor probably would have had a bad life or a very short life, but he got rescued and brought to our shelter and is now going to live a very good life.”

While dogs may be a popular item on the red carpet today, this little pup will sure to swag his tail as the most famous in the celebrity world (Check out more celebrity gossip). With the luxury life Baylor now gets to look forward to, a bitter custody battle could possibly break out should his high-profile parents break up. However at this point, Justin and Selena couldn’t do anything cuter.

Written by Maureen Callahan the film will show how GaGa made it from Stefani Germanotta to the Modern Day Madonna.

Reflecting on a Saved Life

As the world reflects on 9/11 this year, Gwyneth Paltrow remembers her own experience on that devastating day. She recalls how she saved a life on her way home from a yoga class that fateful morning. That morning, she remembers stopping for a girl who was jaywalking. They both waited a long time for the other to go before the girl continued. Ten years later, Gwyneth received a letter from the girl saying that the encounter had made her late for work, which was on the 77^th floor of the World Trade Center. Although Gwyneth had no idea that she helped save a life that day, she says, “It was an extraordinary story and all I could think about is all of the people who had experiences like that that day, but aren’t able to reach out because it wasn’t a recognizable person.”

Now she is said to be expecting her first child in February of 2012. Robert Downey Jr. is current 46 years old and has a 17 year old son named Indio. He says that this time of his life is a ‘sweet spot’ referring to the pick-up of his career after he went through rehab for drugs and alcohol and the upcoming addition to the family.

The announcement of a new addition to a family is always very exciting. Beyonce surprised many people by announcing that she is expecting when she arrived at Sunday’s Video Music Awards. She was wearing a red Lanvin caftan that made her swelling belly obvious to viewers. Photographers quickly asked her rep to confirm their suspicions, which they received. Beyonce said, “I always said I would have baby at 30…I feel like 30 is the ideal age, because you’re mature enough to know who you are and have your boundaries and your standards and not be afraid or too polite, but young enough to be a young woman. I’m so looking forward to it.” Her husband, Jay-Z, is also looking forward to the new arrival.

Flanagan Dies

One of the most memorable players for the Baltimore Orioles, Mike Flanagan, died. He was a former Cy Young Winner and he was a part of the Orioles’ 1983 World Series Championship team. Mike was only 59. He is remembered for his amazing career in baseball. Following his time on the team, he did commentary for his team. He was also the vice president of baseball operations and executive VP for them. Flanagan was a very committed player.

Russell Armstrong was dealing with a lawsuit and a divorce at the time that he committed suicide. The second season of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” was also set to premiere. He left the cause for his actions a mystery as he left no note behind. However, his role in “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” may have had something to do with it experts suggest. The show has a pretty negative spin on real life as it discusses murder, drug trafficking, overdoses, financial ruin, custody disputes, and divorces.

Kate Plus 8 Cancelled

Yesturday TLC announced that would be discontinuing the popular show ‘Kate Plus 8.’ Kate Gosselin starred in this show with her eight children. The show used to be ‘Jon and Kate Plus 8,’ but after the couple’s divorce, the name was shortened. On Twitter, Kate posted that there were “many tears at the breakfast table” over the decision. However, she is looking on the positive side as she said that she would be glad to take her marriage and divorce off of the television. Jon was also relieved to hear the news as he said, “I hope that this will bring more privacy to my children and that they can get the proper attention they need for any personal issues they might have in the future.”

The Help is a very popular novel about the relationship between black servants and their white owners during the Civil Rights movement that hit the box office this weekend. This movie discusses many controversial topics. It was quite successful in generating revenue throughout its opening weekend. It earned $25.5 million dollars, already covering its production costs of $25 million. Despite its weekend success, it was still not the most successful movie to hit the box office this weekend. Rise of the Planet of the Apes was in its second weekend and it raised $27.5 million.
